At Ausvane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Trying on items is allowed, but items must not show any signs of wear.
For hygiene and fairness, items ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning most or all may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact our support team at service@ausvane.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Important Information
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Any address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
